| ITC 3.3 | The following additional circumstances shall be considered as a conflict of interest: 1) Consultants who took part in the project’s feasibility study are not entitled to submit an offer for any lot of the project. 2) Consultants may apply and be shortlisted for several lots. However, the consultant who has won the bid of lot 8, no matter it is independent firm, or it is as consortium leaders or members (if the Consultant is a joint venture), it cannot participate in Lot 4 - Cultural heritage protection project (Huangyao) Civil Work.
